This work embodies the concept of "Trips" in the most expansive interpretation—both geographical and consciousness-expanding. Created following my return from a holiday trip to Amsterdam, towards the end of the year of creating the collection, this work channels a moment of solitary reflection charged with gratitude. It celebrates divine providence, spiritual guidance, and my courage in maintaining self-belief despite external anxieties masquerading as protective concern.

The creative process itself became a psychedelic journey, with mushrooms serving as a catalyst for uninhibited expression. Through altered perception and heightened sensory awareness, the work captures the points of tension within physical travel, spiritual grounding, and expanded consciousness. The painting serves as documentation of quantum voyages, multiple and simultaneous—geographic, emotional, and psychonautical—converging into a single moment of creative expression.
